Meet the Team

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, he is the vision and primary driver of the entire organization. He is responsible for developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. He oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and  mission.

Chief Operating Officer. "Manny" brings with him 20 years of Human Resources, Academic, Administration and Finance experience. He has been a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB), a Certified Member - Fraud Examiners of the Philippines (CFE), a Certified DISC Profiler (DISC), a Safety Officer 2 - BOSH-07-11-0320 (SO2), and a Data Privacy Office (DPO) among others. He is a practitioner of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. His experience in all facets of HR and Admin ranges from hiring to separation, compliance and renewal, audits and even business resilience. His consultancy ranges from startup companies and business closures and liquidation.

Co-Founder and  Director for Operations. Eileen is a staunch supporter of process improvement and change management. She serves as the brain and organizational head of the company. her efforts alone  have spread the works of weareDIVERSITYph into wider  net of business. She is the creative heart of weareDIVERSITYph. She subscribes to out of the box ideas and her intuitive mindset allows her to find solutions rather than challenges in any situation. She seeks to solve the problems not for revenue but out of concern. She has been raised in a world where helping is more key to success than earning. A solutions specialist and advocate of continuous improvement. She brings with her acumen for government and change management.
